• Do all the pages and links work?

• Is your team, product, or service information up to date?

• Are there typos or outdated info/promotions?

This kind of check-up doesn’t take long, but it makes a big difference in how professional and trustworthy your site looks.

Fresh Content Monthly

Search engines like Google reward websites that stay active. That doesn’t mean you need to overhaul your site every month, but adding a blog post, sharing a success story, or updating your homepage messaging and imagery helps show that your business is alive and thriving. Even something as simple as swapping out seasonal photos can give your site a fresh feel.

Yearly Audit

Each year, set aside time to do a deeper website dive. Ask yourself:

• Is the design still user and mobile-friendly?

• Are you in a good spot technically (meta data, SEO, etc)?

• Is your site still aligned with your brand and goals?

• Are you getting leads, calls, or sales from your site?

If not, it might be time to consider a refresh—or at least make a few strategic updates.
